Review Card ("we," "our," or "the app") is built to be a simple, single-purpose tool for business owners to share review links with their customers. This policy explains exactly what data the app collects, why, and how it's handled.
Most of what you enter in Review Card — your business name, message template, and the review links you configure — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.
To power the optional Tracking feature (seeing how many times your QR code or shared link has been opened), the app sends the following to our backend:
We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, or any information about your customers who scan the code or open the link.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see or store your payment details — Apple manages billing against the Apple ID already signed into your device.
The data described above is used solely to generate your trackable short links and display scan/click counts back to you in the app. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
Tracked link and event data is retained for as long as your device's anonymous identifier remains active in our system. If you'd like this data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it.
Review Card is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
